1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of TechNova IT Services including our website and service offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be older than 18 years and legally qualified to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our services.

3. Service Scope

4. Engagement & Deliverables

Each engagement is formally agreed through a proposal or contract specifying deliverables, milestones, timeline, and acceptance criteria.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due as outlined in your signed agreement. Unless explicitly stated, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables and pre-existing IP remain the property of TechNova until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred as per contract.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and safeguard all shared sensitive information in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of these terms.
